FRIENDS OF THE FOREST-JACKSON PUBLIC LIBRARY
The Friends of the Riverdale Forest-Jackson Public Library, a non-profit organization, is organized for the purpose of acting as a bridge between the library and the people of the community, to the end that the public will be made more aware of the library’s role and services as an integral part of the community, and to develop a program for the extension and improvement of Library services and resources; to interpret the Library’s needs to the community and the community’s needs to the staff and/or Trustees of the Library; to encourage monetary donations and bequests which enrich the Library collections, enhance its environment, or support it in general.
